As an executive coach, I guide leaders through the entire leadership lifecycle – from inception to succession planning, and everything in between. I work with CEOs and executives in SMEs and family businesses, as well as with leaders in startups, scale-ups, and international organizations.

My approach is personal, focused, and always solutions-oriented. I help leaders better understand and utilize their own strengths, so they not only achieve results but also make a lasting impact.

I also specifically coach gifted leaders—professionals who often combine a strong intellect with unique challenges in communication, collaboration, and balance. Together, we explore ways to fully utilize that potential.
