Insight only becomes meaningful when you share it. That's why I give keynotes, participate in panel discussions, and design in-company training courses on HR and leadership.

With my keynote address, "HR in 3D," I offer a fresh and critical perspective on how HR really works. I'll demonstrate how the internal HR world, the commercial HR market, and strategic HR influence and reinforce each other. This will give participants a fresh perspective on their own organization and HR operations.

What makes this keynote extra special: I'll let you experience the employee journey in 3D. From the first impression as a candidate to the last day as an employee, you'll discover how each dimension—strategic, internal, and external—has a different impact on that journey and your employee's experience. You'll almost physically experience the impact HR makes effectively in practice, and how you can translate this to your own organization.

During panel discussions , I bring practical experience from the boardroom and executive coaching to discussions about leadership and the role of HR. I challenge, encourage reflection, and provide concrete, lasting insights.

I also develop customized in-company training courses for management teams, boards of directors, HR leaders, and scale-ups and family businesses. The sessions are practical, clear, and tailored to the realities of the organization – from compact workshops to multi-day programs.
